{"id":30919,"date":"2016-12-05T13:10:03","date_gmt":"2016-12-05T12:10:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.justiceinfo.net\/30919-sierra-leone-une-juge-autrichienne-elue-presidente-du-tribunal-special-communique.html"},"modified":"2016-12-05T13:10:03","modified_gmt":"2016-12-05T12:10:03","slug":"sierra-leone-une-juge-autrichienne-elue-presidente-du-tribunal-special-communique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.justiceinfo.net\/fr\/30919-sierra-leone-une-juge-autrichienne-elue-presidente-du-tribunal-special-communique.html","title":{"rendered":"Sierra Leone: une juge autrichienne \u00e9lue pr\u00e9sidente du Tribunal sp\u00e9cial (communiqu\u00e9)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n             La juge autrichienne Renate Winter a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lue pr\u00e9sidente du Tribunal sp\u00e9cial r\u00e9siduel pour la Sierra Leone, a annonc\u00e9 lundi cette juridiction dans un communiqu\u00e9.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Mme Winter, \u00e9lue vendredi par ses pairs, remplace le juge kenyan Philip Nyamu Waki qui pr\u00e9sidait depuis le d\u00e9but de ses travaux en 2014 le Tribunal, qui a pris le relais du Tribunal sp\u00e9cial pour la Sierra Leone (TSSL), selon le texte.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Mme Winter a auparavant servi comme juge d'appel du TSSL de 2002 \u00e0 2013, ainsi qu'\u00e0 la Cour supr\u00eame du Kosovo, comme fonctionnaire des Nations unies.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Les juges du Tribunal sp\u00e9cial r\u00e9siduel ont \u00e9galement \u00e9lu vendredi l'Ougandaise Elizabeth Ibamba Nahamya et le Sierra-L\u00e9onais Emmanuel Ekundayo Roberts respectivement vice-pr\u00e9sidente du Tribunal et membre de la section d'appel de cette juridiction, selon le communiqu\u00e9.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Le TSSL a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2002 pour juger les responsables d'exactions commises au cours de la guerre civile (1991-2002) qui a fait 120.000 morts et des milliers de mutil\u00e9s.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Il a notamment condamn\u00e9 en 2012 l'ex-pr\u00e9sident lib\u00e9rien Charles Taylor \u00e0 50 ans de prison pour crimes contre l'humanit\u00e9 en Sierra Leone, une peine qu'il purge dans une prison britannique.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La juge autrichienne Renate Winter a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lue pr\u00e9sidente du Tribunal sp\u00e9cial r\u00e9siduel pour la Sierra Leone, a annonc\u00e9 lundi cette juridiction dans un communiqu\u00e9.
