Haradinaj a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 mercredi alors qu'il venait d'arriver par un vol en provenance de Pristina. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 disposition de la justice dans l'attente de l'examen de la demande d'extradition pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par les autorit\u00e9s serbes, a-t-on ajout\u00e9 de m\u00eames sources sans plus de pr\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n<p>Ancien commandant de la gu\u00e9rilla kosovare ind\u00e9pendantiste (UCK), M. Haradinaj avait \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu Premier ministre du Kosovo en d\u00e9cembre 2004. Il avait d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 au bout de cent jours pour r\u00e9pondre d'accusations de crimes de guerre devant le TPIY.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant le conflit avec les forces serbes(1998-99), son unit\u00e9, les \"Aigles noirs\", contr\u00f4lait une r\u00e9gion frontali\u00e8re de l'Albanie, principale voie d'entr\u00e9e des armes destin\u00e9es aux rebelles de l'Arm\u00e9e de lib\u00e9ration du Kosovo (UCK).
