Il vient d'\u00eatre interpell\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Ce mercredi, l\u2019ONG Trial International a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une plainte p\u00e9nale aupr\u00e8s de la justice bernoise pour torture. Ce qu\u2019a confirm\u00e9 jeudi le Minist\u00e8re public R\u00e9gion Jura bernois-Seeland.<\/p>\n<p>Sur son site, Trial International <a href=\"https:\/\/trialinternational.org\/fr\/latest-post\/torture-en-gambie-lex-ministre-ousman-sonko-face-a-ses-responsabilites\/\">d\u00e9clare<\/a>\u00a0que l\u2019ancien ministre serait aux mains des autorit\u00e9s suisses: \u00abD\u2019apr\u00e8s certaines sources, les autorit\u00e9s suisses auraient arr\u00eat\u00e9 le suspect, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la Convention contre la torture et le Code p\u00e9nal suisse. Nous saluons l\u2019arrestation du suspect et la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 des autorit\u00e9s, dit Philip Grant, Directeur de TRIAL International. Nous esp\u00e9rons maintenant qu\u2019une enqu\u00eate sera ouverte. La loi est claire : la Suisse a l\u2019obligation d\u2019ouvrir imm\u00e9diatement une enqu\u00eate sur les suspects de torture pr\u00e9sents sur son territoire.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>A ce jour, les crimes du gouvernement Jammeh n\u2019ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9s, et les bourreaux jouissent d\u2019une impunit\u00e9 totale. A l\u2019heure o\u00f9 la Gambie se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 une transition d\u00e9mocratique, ces d\u00e9veloppements envoient un fort message d\u2019espoir aux victimes, souligne Trial International.<\/p>\n<p>Le directeur de la police de Berne, Hans-J\u00fcrg K\u00e4ser, a confirm\u00e9 ce jeudi que le canton a plac\u00e9 le Gambien en garde \u00e0 vue \u00e0 Lyss, avant d\u2019\u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9 vers un autre lieu, selon la Berner Zeitung.<\/p>\n<p>Christof Scheurer, porte-parole du minist\u00e8re public de Berne, n'a pas voulu confirmer l'interpellation de Ousmane Sonko.
