L'association SOS Racisme avait d\u00e9pos\u00e9 painte en octobre 2006 contre M. P\u00e9an, qualifiant de \"n\u00e9gationniste\" son ouvrage sur le g\u00e9nocide au Rwanda. Selon un communiqu\u00e9 de l'association Ibuka \u00e0 Kigali, cette association s'\u00e9tait associ\u00e9e \u00e0 cette plainte. Cela n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9 \u00e0 Paris.\n<\/p>\n<p  >\nDans la capitale rwandaise, Fran\u00e7ois Xavier Ngarambe, ancien Pr\u00e9sident d\u2019Ibuka charg\u00e9 de suivre le dossier pour son association a dit son intention de \"mobiliser la communaut\u00e9 rwandaise d\u2019Europe mais aussi appuyer les media nationaux, dans les limites des moyens, pour suivre ce proc\u00e8s\". <\/p>\n<p>Une vingtaine de passages du livres sont vis\u00e9s pour diffamation raciale et provocation \u00e0 la dicrimination, \u00e0 la violence et \u00e0 la haine raciale. Pierre P\u00e9an \u00e9crit notamment que \"la culture du mensonge et de la dissimulation domine toutes les autres chez les Tutsis\"; ou que les rebelles tutsis \"ont r\u00e9ussi jusqu'\u00e0 maintenant \u00e0 falsifier compl\u00e8tement la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 rwandaise, \u00e0 attribuer \u00e0 d'autres leurs propres crimes et actes de terrorisme, \u00e0 diaboliser leurs ennemis\".<br \/>\nClaude Durand, \u00e9diteur de livre de M.
