Bivugabagabo a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u00e0 Toulouse le 7 janvier sur mandat d'arr\u00eat international du procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Kigali pour des faits de g\u00e9nocide et de crimes contre l'humanit\u00e9.<br \/>\nAg\u00e9 de 53 ans, cet homme \u00e9tait employ\u00e9 comme vigile dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de gardiennage. Il vivait \u00e0 Toulouse depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es dans des conditions r\u00e9guli\u00e8res. Il figure sur la liste des 93 personnes recherch\u00e9es par le Rwanda.<br \/>\nPar ailleurs, la chambre de l'instruction de la cour d'appel de Paris se prononcera le 20 f\u00e9vrier sur les mandats de remise au Tribunal p\u00e9nal international le Rwanda (TPIR) concernant le pr\u00eatre Wenceslas Munyeshyaka et l'ancien pr\u00e9fet Laurent Bucyibaruta.
