Cette d\u00e9cision repr\u00e9sente un moment historique pour la Slov\u00e9nie\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le dirigeant lors d'une conf\u00e9rence de presse \u00e0 Ljubljana.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            M. Cerar a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 qu'il appellerait son homologue croate Andrej Plenkovic dans la journ\u00e9e pour \"d\u00e9buter le dialogue sur la mise en oeuvre de la d\u00e9cision\" rendue jeudi par la Cour permanente d'arbitrage de La Haye.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            \"La Slov\u00e9nie ne fera rien pour d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer les relations entre nos pays et nos citoyens\", a-t-il assur\u00e9, ajoutant croire que Ljubljana et Zagreb sauraient travailler \"de fa\u00e7on constructive\".\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            M.
