La chambre a estim\u00e9, \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 des trois juges, qu\u2019il \u00e9tait dans l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de la justice que Kayishema soit repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par un conseil au cours cette proc\u00e9dure. <\/p>\n<p>La requ\u00eate visant \u00e0 le transf\u00e9rer devant les tribunaux rwandais a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par le procureur le 11 juin 2007. <\/p>\n<p>Quatre autres accus\u00e9s sont vis\u00e9s par des demandes de renvoi au Rwanda dont l\u2019ancien petit commer\u00e7ant Yussuf Munyakazi, \u00e9galement repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Me Mwaikusa.
