Yekatom, d\u00e9put\u00e9 centrafricain et ex-chef de milices antibalaka, autoproclam\u00e9es d'autod\u00e9fense, a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis \u00e0 la cour samedi en ex\u00e9cution d'un mandat d'arr\u00eat d\u00e9livr\u00e9 le 11 novembre pour sa responsabilit\u00e9 p\u00e9nale pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e de crimes de guerre et de crimes contre l'humanit\u00e9 qui auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 commis dans l'ouest de la Centrafrique entre d\u00e9cembre 2013 et d\u00e9cembre 2014.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            C'est le premier transf\u00e8rement vers la CPI depuis l'ouverture de l'enqu\u00eate sur la Centrafrique en septembre 2014 sur les crimes de guerre et crimes contre l'humanit\u00e9 qui y auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 commis \u00e0 partir de 2012.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            \"La premi\u00e8re comparution d'Alfred Yekatom devant la Chambre pr\u00e9liminaire II de la CPI aura lieu le vendredi 23 novembre 2018 \u00e0 11h00\", a indiqu\u00e9 la Cour dans un communiqu\u00e9.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Au cours de l'audience de premi\u00e8re comparution, la Chambre v\u00e9rifiera l'identit\u00e9 du suspect et la langue dans laquelle il pourra suivre les proc\u00e9dures. Le suspect sera inform\u00e9 des charges port\u00e9es \u00e0 son encontre, a-t-elle ajout\u00e9.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Le transf\u00e8rement de M.
