Laurent Gbagbo et de M. Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 (ex-chef du mouvement des Jeunes patriotes) sera maintenue en attendant l'examen de l'appel\" du procureur sur leur mise en libert\u00e9, ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 les juges \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            La chambre d'appel \"a programm\u00e9 une audience, le 1er f\u00e9vrier 2019, pour entendre d'autres arguments sur cet appel\", a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 la Cour bas\u00e9e \u00e0 La Haye dans un communiqu\u00e9.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            En premi\u00e8re instance, les juges avaient ordonn\u00e9 la mise en libert\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate des deux hommes suite \u00e0 leur acquittement retentissant mardi. Elle a cependant \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendue mercredi soir suite \u00e0 un appel de l'accusation.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Les procureurs craignent que MM. Gbagbo et Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 ne comparaissent pas devant la Cour si leur pr\u00e9sence est requise dans le futur.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Dans un document public, l'accusation a d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \"son intention de faire appel\" sur la d\u00e9cision d'acquittement de Laurent Gbagbo et de Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9. Cette d\u00e9marche distincte pourrait prendre des mois.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            En d\u00e9tention depuis plus de sept ans, Laurent Gbagbo \u00e9tait jug\u00e9 pour des crimes commis pendant la crise de 2010-2011, n\u00e9e de son refus de c\u00e9der le pouvoir \u00e0 son rival, l'actuel pr\u00e9sident ivoirien Alassane Ouattara.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Il avait finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 en avril 2011 par les forces du pr\u00e9sident Ouattara, soutenues par l'ONU et la France.
