C'est de l'injustice! Ou alors il y a quelque chose qui se trame!\".\n<\/p>\n<p  >\nLa semaine derni\u00e8re, le gouvernement rwandais a demand\u00e9 son extradition. Il voyageait sur un passe-port ougandais \"vol\u00e9\".\n<\/p>\n<p  >\nPatrick Bugingo est assist\u00e9 par Me Wilfred Mirambo, du barreau D'Arusha.
