La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie a \u00e9t\u00e9 dirig\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9sidente du TPIR, la juge sud africaine Navanethem Pillay.\n<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p  >\nLovemore Green Munlo a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 \u00e0 ce poste le mois dernier par le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l'ONU, Kofi Annan. Lovemore Green Munlo a notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 ministre de la justice du Malawi, , juge \u00e0 la haute cour, procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, avocat et diplomate. Il a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 le droit au Malawi et en Grande Bretagne.\n<\/p>\n<p  >\nLe poste de greffier adjoint du TPIR \u00e9tait vacant depuis bient\u00f4t une ann\u00e9e. En tant que responsable du service juridique, le greffier adjoint est charg\u00e9 D'apporter le soutien au travail des juges, superviser la r\u00e9daction des jugements et la protection des t\u00e9moins ainsi que la commission D'office de conseils aux accus\u00e9s indigents.\n<\/p>\n<p  >\nCr\u00e9\u00e9 en novembre 1994 pour juger les responsables pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s du g\u00e9nocide anti-tutsi et des massacres D'opposants qui ont fait plus de cinq cents mille morts en trois mois, le TPIR a d\u00e9j\u00e0 rendu neuf jugements.
