ICC First Darfur case: “I am not Ali Kushayb”

The defence case in the first Darfur trial before the International Criminal Court (ICC) started on October 19. According to his lawyers, Ali Muhammad Ali Abd-Al-Rahman was an “anonymous pharmacist” and not Ali Kushayb, a militia leader accused of having committed war crimes.
