}Thomas Lubanga is accused of having committed, as a co-perpetrator, the war crimes of enlisting of children under 15 into the Forces patriotiques pour la libération du Congo, an active militia in Ituri, a region in Eastern DRC, between September 2002 and August 2003.   The accused was transferred to The Hague on March 17, 2006.   During the trial, the Defence team denounced the existence of several false testimonies.
