ASP, for those familiar with the International Criminal Court, this is a code name that is not worth to explain. Similarly, the official and unofficial agenda is communicated under the table, or for the laborious ones in documents that need to be unearthed (here) on the Court’s website. Our partners and colleagues of Asymmetrical Haircuts are taking the risk here to disclose part of it, looking without fear at the perilous situation in which the Court finds itself today, with the help of their special guest, Danya Chaikel, representative of the FIDH.
