In this latest podcast in their series on universal jurisdiction, our partners at Asymmetrical Haircuts turn their attention to Kenya, where a complaint has been filed regarding war crimes committed in neighbouring Sudan. They feature Antonia Mulvey of Legal Action Worldwide, who filed the complaint, and the lawyer Owiso Owiso, who describes the difficulties expected in getting the Kenyan judicial system to take the case to trial.
