Arusha, December 17, 2003 (FH) - The International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda has postponed its judgment in the trial of former Minister for Higher education and genocide suspect Jean de Dieu Kamuhanda which was expected to be delivered on Thursday. According to the Press and Publis Affairs section of the tribunal, the judgment could be rendered on January 22, 2004.
