Forced transfer of children and destruction of civilian infrastructure: what the ICC is up to in Ukraine, according to the New York Times

The leading US daily revealed on 13 March that the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) is about to seek arrest warrants for Russian officials for war crimes committed in Ukraine. The first two cases concern the abduction of Ukrainian children and their forced re-education in Russia, and deliberate strikes against civilian infrastructure.
