Lead defence counsel for the accused, American Professor Lennox Hinds, hinted that he still has at least ten defence witnesses, including the client himself.
Prosecution ended its case on April 22, 2009, after fielding 20 witnesses.
Lt. Col Setako is facing six charges including genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes. He denied the charges.
