For the past year, Ugandan Dominic Ongwen has been presenting his defence before the International Criminal Court (ICC). To date, more than 50 witnesses have testified in the defence of the former Lord's Resistance Army brigade commander who, kidnapped at the age of 9, pleads that he is not responsible for the crimes with which he is charged.
